Clearing the path of Kundalini to eventually harness and work with this energy gives us the greatest potential for healing and transformation. This course is a short version of 'Kundalini Bodywork Online' a holistic course in energetic bodywork; self de-armouring; breathwork; emotional release practices, shadow work and non-dual therapy.
Kundalini Bodywork teaches us to use and transform our own history, trauma, and shadow for our own liberation and sustained happiness. Kundalini Bodywork teaches us to forge our own path and our own journey to enlightenment and awakening, to be our own Guru within a supportive community.
The full course is divided into 12 parts, each of which are devoted to specific topics. In this LITE version we offer the basic and immediate tools that can support those low on funds to take the first steps out of their trauma, depression, physical pain and other negative life experiences and also those who have suffered an early Kundalini Rising and need to heal and repair their nervous system and brain chemistry.
